A nationwide police operation focusing on the haredi-religious Peleg Yerushalmi "Jerusalem Faction" led to the arrest of 28 people Monday evening on suspicion of harassing and extorting executives of large companies and government companies in order to persuade them to advertise in the haredi newspaper "Hapeles".
