12-year-old Tel Aviv boy dies in charred apartment

A 12-year-old boy died in a charred Tel Aviv apartment and his mother is in serious condition. A fire broke out in the apartment two days ago and the two had returned to the apartment to clean it up. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
