Former Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon spoke at the inauguration of a new observation post in memory of Hadar Goldin, a soldier killed in the Protective Edge campaign and whose body remains in the hands of Hamas. Yaalon said that he felt the state of Israel had not done enough to return the bodies of Goldin and Oron Shaul from Gaza.

Yaalon said that Israel should harshen conditions for Hamas prisoners as well as bringing to bear its economic and international clout in order to apply pressure to Hamas to release the bodies.
