The terrorist who was arrested in the murder of a young Israeli in the ramming attack at the Ofra junction has been identified as 21-year-old Kamal Hamed 21 from the nearby village of Silwad, according to Yediot Ahronot.
His family is mostly affiliated with Hamas.
