Alsheikh charges libel officer with disciplinary issues

The day after  S presented a libel suit against him, Police Commissioner Roni Alsheikh has arraigned her for disciplinary issues. If S is found guilty, it would aid the police commissioner's defense of the libel suit, which claimed that he called her a 'criminal' even though she has never been accused of any crime.
