The disciplinary department in the Human Resources branch of the police has issued an indictment against brigadier-general Guy Nir, the head of the police intelligence department, who was sacked from his position together with another female officer.
Last week a hearing was held in which Nir presented his claims before the decision to issue an indictment was given. The female officer waived her hearing.
