The Russian Defense Ministry is claiming that Syrian warplanes bombed and destroyed an ammunition factory and chemical weapons stockpile belonging to rebels in the town of Khan Shaykhun in the Idlib district of Northern Syria and did not use chemical weapons themselves.
Al-Jazeera claims that 150 people were killed in the attack, but other reports state that 70 people died, including 20 children.
