Russia's Defense Ministry said, Tuesday, that Russian planes did not carry out attacks in the Idlib area of Syria, where at least 100 people were killed and 500 wounded or adversely affected by toxic gas.
Some reports say the gas was chlorine. Others suspect sarin.
