President Donald Trump of the United States and Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah As-Sisi traded compliments in front of reporters ahead of a Monday-afternoon meeting at the White House.
Trump told As-Sisi that they were advancing an upgrade of the relations between the two countries. He ignored questions by reporters about a declaration of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood as a terror organization.
