Minister without portfolio Ayoub Kara (Likud) rejected on Sunday Education Minister Naftali Bennett's criticism of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. Kara said, "Bennett must stop being obsessed with construction in Judea and Samaria. Prime Minister Netanyahu also made it clear to [United States President Donald] Trump's representative that Israel is not going to freeze construction in Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem."
Kara added that the 6,000 housing units that Netanyahu approved for construction in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria are proof of his words. "Netanyahu is taking care of the interests of settling Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem, wisely and without drawing fire."
