Russian-born Anastasia Gloushkov, who recently retired as a world-class synchronized swimmer representing Israel, has been appointed to promote infrastructures for developing young athletes in the Jerusalem municipality's sports division.
As part of her new job, Gloushkov will be responsible for nurturing young athletes in both individual and team sports.
