The Department for the Investigation of Police has filed an indictment in the Jerusalem District Court of Justice against police officer Moshe Cohen for an attack on an Arab truck driver in Wadi Joz that was caught on video.
Cohen is charged with the offenses of assault, assault causing injury and breach of trust.
