An indictment has been filed at a traffic court in Petach Tikva, charging 20-year-old Aviv Dukotrovitz of Rishon LeZion with negligent homicide in the traffic death of pedestrian 65-year-old Shimshon Ashurov last January.
Duktrovitz is accused of having reached a traffic light, driving wildly and dangerously, and injuring the deceased who had crossed the road without using a pedestrian crossing. Ashurov died the next day.
