Juan Thompson, the former journalist charged with making a wave of bomb threats to Jewish organizations by telephone, appeared in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday afternoon.
The public defender assigned to represent Thompson, did not seek bail at the hearing, and as such Thompson will remain in custody for now. He is scheduled to appear again before the court on April 6.
