On Monday, the shekel rose an average of .269 percent against the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list. The dollar declined .768 percent from Friday's rate to NIS 3.68, while the Euro was fixed at 3.9327 shekels, down .099 percent.
