Culture and Sports Minister Miri Regev has asked Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit to investigate suspected incitement against soldiers by the Al-Midan Arab theater company of Haifa.
Referring to a declaration that the murderer of a soldier was not a terrorist, Regev explained, "After we were horrified to hear the words of Amar Khalikhal, the artistic director of the Al-Midan Theater, Joseph Etrash, chairman of the theater organization's board of directors, arrived today and made even more-extreme inciting statements. He proved that the policy of this theater is incitement against IDF soldiers."
