The Trump Administration presented Israel with a new proposal that it should freeze all construction in Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria during Trump envoy Jason Greenblatt's visit last week, Channel 2 reported.
The proposal also called for limiting construction in eastern Jerusalem, according to the report.
The Cabinet rejected the American proposal.
