The westbound Jerusalem-Tel Aviv Highway was blocked to traffic at the Shoresh Interchange on Thursday morning, following a protest by employees of Haifa Chemicals. The workers are protesting the closing of Haifa's ammonia tank and moving it elsewhere.
Police advise motorists to use alternate routes.
