The military prosecution is expected to file an appeal on Tuesday regarding the 18-month sentence given soldier Elor Azariya for his manslaughter conviction in the death of a wounded terrorist.
The prosecution had sought a sentence of three-to-five years. Azariya's is appealing the sentence and the conviction.
