An indictment is expected to be filed on Thursday in the Nazareth District Court against Nadav Sela, accused of killing his wife, their two children, and a neighbor boy in the eastern Galilee town of Migdal.
The indictment will be filed after psychiatric observation determined that Sela is fit to stand trial.
