The prosecutor's declaration (before the submission of the indictment) was submitted today against four caregivers and a managing nurse in a Haifa old-age home for abusing and attacking defenseless residents of the home.
A special investigative staff established by police is continuing the investigation and the collection of evidence against additional involved parties.
