Attorneys for Member of Knesset Basel Ghattas are in talks with prosecutors on a plea bargain for Member of Knesset Basel Ghattas, accused of smuggling cellular phones to security prisoners and passing notes between prisons, according to Channel 10 Television.
One option being discussed is a lessening of the charges in exchange for a confession. The talks are expected to continue next week.
