The Mexican newspaper El Economista has cited Israel as being the "most dynamic" foreign investor in Mexico.
Israel's investment in Mexico went from about $900 million in 2015 to more than $2 billion last year, as the total foreign direct investment (FDI) in Mexico rose $27 billion. The Jewish state now ranks fourth behind the United States, Spain and Germany with 7.5 percent of the total FDI.
