Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman spoke at the security conference in Munich, saying, "Iran is threatening the security and stability of the region, that is policy."
He added: "I believe in a two-state solution that preserves the Jewish State. The basic principle of the plan needs to consist of an exchange of populations."
