Magen David Adom is actively working to fly blood donations to 22-year-old Zohar Katz from Kibbutz Yotvata, who is in Peru and is in hospital suffering from a virus that attacks the circulatory system.
Katz left four months ago on a trip to South America, and was infected with the virus towards the end of her trip. She is hospitalized in Peru's capital, Lima.
