French Ambassador to Israel Helene Le Gall, spoke this morning in an interview with Army Radio.
"The Prime Minister said many times that he supports a two-state solution, but the Law doesn't lead there," she said.
"The land we are talking about is private land in the West Bank, so the Knesset can't build on it unless it talks with the Palestinians rather than taking unilateral steps."
