The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco on Tuesday questioned lawyers from the Department of Justice and Washington state as it discussed the Justice Department’s appeal against the moratorium that was placed on President Donald Trump’s travel ban.
The judges said after the hearing they will reach a decision as soon as possible.
