The Supreme Court in Belarus has rejected the appeal of Russian-Israeli blogger Alexander Lapshin against being extradited to Azerbaijan which claims Lapshin hurt state security with his critical comments.
Israel's Foreign Ministry said it is following Lapshin's case closely and is in contact with the relevant diplomatic and consular entities.
