The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment with the Jerusalem District Court, charging the Hasdei David association of the city's Bukharan (Uzbeki) community with a large number of offenses of aggravated fraud, money laundering and illegal use of property.
According to the indictment, the association fraudulently collected money which it was forbidden to charge buyers of burial plots while they are alive.
