The Histadrut Labor Federation asked the National Labor Court on Tuesday to revoke a temporary injunction that restricts the right to strike of port workers but allows employees to take organizational measures.
The Histadrut cited negotiations with the state in formulating a collective bargaining agreement which have reached an impasse.
