Graduation exercises for an officers' course are scheduled on Tuesday at Training Base No. 1 for Israel Defense Forces cadets who were targeted in the fatal truck attack in Jerusalem's Armon Hanatziv neighborhood, almost a month ago.
Four of the cadets were murdered and 17 were wounded in the attack.
