18 Eritreans and three Sudanese who had entered Israel illegally were detained on Monday by the Interior Ministry's Population and Immigration Authority after they were found working without visas in a factory in the south.
They face hearings and transfer to a holding facility in the Negev. Investigations have been opened against the personnel companies through which the infiltrators were hired.
