An Israel Police spokesman reported, "At the Hizmeh security crossing just outside Jerusalem a vehicle was requested to stop when making its way from the Jerusalem direction towards Hizmeh, but the vehicle fled the area.
"Israel Police and Border Police are searching for the vehicle and the circumstances behind the incident. Regular security measures continue in and around Jerusalem to prevent security related incidents."
