Following last week’s incident during the demolition of homes in the Bedouin village of Um al-Hiran, soldiers at the nearby Nevatim Airbase have been commanded not to travel on Highway 31, it was revealed Monday on Channel 1 News.
According to the report, the northern gate of the base has been closed due to concerns over acts of revenge against the soldiers.
