The Histadrut Labor Federation declared a labor dispute on Monday involving about 350 employees of the Dan public transportation company in Be'er Sheva', whose workers organiz with the Histadrut a few months ago.
The Histadrut claims the background to the dispute is management's refusal to negotiate with employee representatives on a first collective bargaining agreement that would regulate labor relations in the company.
