'Returning terrorist's body could disturb public order'

The State Prosecutor submitted today its position to the Supreme Court regarding a petition to return the body of the terrorist who committed the ramming attack in the Bedouin village of Umm al-Hiran in the Negev during which Policeman Erez Levi Hy"d was murdered.

The Prosecutor sought to reject the petition on grounds that returning the body posed a "tangible threat to public order."
