Eran Tiefenbrunn, former editor of Yediot Ahronot's ynet internet site has arrived at the headquarters of the Lahav 433 national crimes unit of the Israel Police to provide testimony in what the police call Case 2000.
The case involves conversations between Yediot publisher Noni Mozes and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, in which the prime minister is suspected of offering to reduce the impact of free-of-charge Yisrael Hayom on the revenues of Yediot in exchange for less critical coverage of Netanyahu and his family.
