WikiLeaks on Tuesday welcomed President Barack Obama’s decision to commute the sentence of Chelsea Manning, who leaked 750,000 pages and documents to the site.
“VICTORY: Obama commutes Chelsea Manning sentence from 35 years to 7. Release date now May 17,” WikiLeaks said on Twitter.
