UN envoy to the Middle East Nickolay Mladenov warned the Security Council Tuesday that Israeli annexation of parts of Judea and Samaria was "divisive."
"Such divisive positions risk destroying the prospects for peace," he said.
Mladenov called on "all stakeholders" to avoid any unilateral action that would "prejudge a negotiated final status solution."
