An Israel Defense Forces observation balloon which flew away from its position next to the Jerusalem-Modiin Highway, Monday morning, was returned Monday evening, after 12 hours of searches and concern over the lost equipment.
The Palestinian Authority's security apparatus and the Defense Ministry's Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria brokered the return of the balloon.
