Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu responded to Sunday's peace conference in Paris during a speech to a special Knesset session in memory of former prime minister Shim'on Peres.
Netanyahu said, "Peace will not be achieved by coercion or from above, nor idle conferences nor foreign dictates."
