ISIS has launched on Saturday a new offensive on government-held areas in the eastern Syrian city of Deir el-Zour, attacking the city from multiple sides.
In response, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights brought in reinforcements, including large amounts of fuel to aid their battle.
