The UN humanitarian chief, Stephen O'Brien, said on Thursday that the humanitarian crisis triggered by Boko Haram's "violent and inhuman campaign" is worsening.
O’Brien told the Security Council that 10.7 million people were in need of aid in northeast Nigeria and parts of Cameroon, Chad and Niger.
