An indictment has been filed against the terrorist's brother who supplied MK Ghattas with cell phones that he smuggled to imprisoned Hamas terrorists.
According to the indictment, the indicted man met MK Ghattas at a gas station and gave him 4 packages including 12 phones, 16 sim cards, and additional equipment for Ghattas to smuggle to jailed Hamas prisoners.
