Police submitted a declaration by Southern District Prosecutors to the Rishon Letzion Magistrates Court on Thursday of their intent to file indictments against Assad Daka, who is suspected of supplying cellular phones that Member of Knesset Basel Ghattas is accused of smuggling to security prisoners.
After the declaration was submitted, the court extended Daka's remand by four days.
