The Yeted Ne'eman newspaper of the Lithuanian haredi-religious community has attacked Monday's visit of a group of dozens of Jews in haredi attire to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Online pictures of the rare appearance provoked Arab outrage.
The newspaper said members of the group only looked haredi. It cited opinions by Jewish scholars opposed to Jews going up to the holy site and a "terrible provocation" of non-Jews.
