An anonymous source told the Interfax news agency, Tuesday, that Russia has grounded its fleet of Tupolev TU-154 airplanes, pending clarification of the cause of Sunday's fatal crash of one of the planes into the Black Sea.
Russia has blamed the crash on a malfunction or human error and ruled out terror.
