A man about the age of 40 was found Tuesday morning at the entrance of a building on Nehardea Steet in Ramat Hasharon, northeast of Tel Aviv.
The Magen David Adom emergency service took him to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, in critical condition from the effects of hypothermia.
