Knesset legal advisor: MK Ghattas' vote is lost

Knesset Legal Adviser Eyal Yinon has issued a legal opinion that Member of Knesset Basel Ghattas will not be able to vote in the Knesset as long as he is under arrest on suspicion of smuggling cellphones to security prisoners and passing notes between prisons.
