Rafi Lisker of Efrat, who suffered light-to-moderate wounds in a Friday-night terror stabbing, told Arutz Sheva on Sunday, "It is a miracle of Chanukah." Lisker said, "It was Divine Providence that he hit me rather than someone else or one of the children."
